Joyce Champlain

Joyce’s story starts in 1990, when she first joined CSI as a Bookkeeper. She realized she had a passion for technology solutions for accounting, so she returned to college and pursued a degree in Information Systems Management. In 1995 she left CSI to work for an Enterprise Resource Management software company.  

In May of 2024, Joyce reached out to CSI again. In August of 2024 she started as an Accounting Administrator. Her responsibilities include Onboarding new clients in the Qount Software and setting them up in Xero or Quickbooks. CSI utilizes her passion for accounting and support software to be a Subject Matter Expert in Qount and expand how CSI utilizes the software. 

Fun Fact: Joyce has worked in animal rescue with The Bond Between since 2011. She has fostered many dogs, and puppies (usually in pairs). In the last 5 years she has specialized in fostering Hospice and Respite dogs. Hospice dogs are ones that have major health issues and are not considered adoptable, the goal is to provide them with the best quality of life at the end of their life. The Bond Between covers all the costs of medical care and daily care. Respite dogs are ones where the owner is experiencing a health issue and need someone to care for their beloved dog while they are getting medical treatment. She finds this experience extremely rewarding.
