No, sorry. Accounting and payroll laws are not universal, so we only hire U.S.-based employees and don't outsource any of our services overseas.
As long as your work gets done accurately and on time, we're open to it! We have a couple of remote employees in the U.S. who started as in-office or hybrid employees.
Even if you choose to work remotely, we prefer to have a majority of our staff within commuting distance of either our Minneapolis, MN office or our Columbia, MD office. This helps us:
